A fresh leak from Kod Durova has revealed the precise dimensions of the bezels and camera bump on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra. Insiders claim the data comes from supply chain sources and has been cross-checked with CAD models.
What changed?
Compared to the Galaxy S26 Ultra, the bezels around the display are 0.02–0.03 mm thinner depending on the side. The top bezel now measures 1.15 mm, the sides 1.12 mm, and the bottom 1.18 mm. The camera bump protrudes by 0.25 mm — 0.05 mm less than its predecessor.
Why does it matter?
In the premium smartphone world, every micron affects perception. Thinner bezels make the screen look more edge-to-edge, while a lower camera bump improves ergonomics — the phone wobbles less on a table. However, these changes are rarely noticeable without direct comparison.
“Samsung continues to polish the design, but don’t expect a revolution with the S27 Ultra — it’s an evolutionary step,” the leak authors note.
Technical details
Rumors suggest the S27 Ultra will feature a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 144 Hz refresh rate, an Exynos 2600 (or Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 for some markets) chipset, and a 200 MP main camera with improved zoom. The body thickness remains at 8.2 mm.
What should users do?
If you are planning an upgrade, this leak confirms the design is nearly final — no radical changes are coming. Meanwhile, check if your ISP is throttling traffic: for bypassing blocks and protecting data, a multi-key at 5 RUB/day is available at @yavpn_robot.
